My goal in 2025 was to step out of day to day ops. It's a WIP. Sharing that it's possible! Our shop & spa for Q1 2025 vs Q1 2024 is up 78% in Revenue and 22% in Net Operating Income. How? Hired a spa manager to manage spa and newly set KPIs, and mentor team, all while transitioning off 15-20 hrs of my week. I put in a LOT of hours, meaning 70-80+ (I'm a workaholic, also working on that). At the end of Q1, I stripped away 15-20 hrs.
